Tablet Factory Reset

Below are the instructions to conduct a factory reset on a Rumie tablet.

Note: Factory resets should only be conducted when specified by the Rumie support team. The reset will completely reset your tablet, erase all of the content and learners on the tablet and revert the software versions to the original version on the tablet. 

  1. Login to the Rumie tablet as Admin
  2. Click on tablet "Settings"
  3. Scroll down to “Backup & Reset”

4. Click on “Factory Data Reset”

5. Click on “Reset Tablet”

6. It will take a few minutes for your tablet to reset. Please be patient. Once it has reset, it will be on the tablets initial version. You will have to do a software update to get the latest version of software on both the home screen and Rumie App.
