About
The Rumie tablet comes pre-configured with the Rumie App installed. The Rumie tablet has features that are exclusive to it such as Content Lockdown and Analytics.
Tablet Setup
Turning your Tablet On
- Turn on the Rumie Tablet by holding down the short button on the right side of the device for 4 seconds
- The first time the Rumie Tablet is turned on it might take several minutes to load. If so, please wait
- Once turned on, the lock screen will appear. To unlock the Rumie Tablet, place one finger on the lock icon at the bottom of the screen and swipe upwards
Configuring Volume on the Tablet
The volume controls on the Rumie tablet are located on the right-hand side of the tablet. They are the largest button of the two buttons. When the volume button is pressed up or down, this will adjust the volume accordingly.
To get further volume options, select the drop-down arrow located in the volume screen that appears when pressing on the volume button. The music note symbolizes the volume for the apps and videos on the tablet. The alarm clock symbolizes the volume for alarms that may have been set on the Rumie tablet.
Configure your Rumie tablet to Do Not Disturb Mode
- Ensure the Rumie tablet screen is ON
- On the main page of the Rumie tablet, swipe from the top downwards to access a Settings menu
- Click on “Do not disturb”
- Select the length of time to enable Do Not Disturb
